Preliminary Assessment

When you are considering a project for purchasing and redevelopment – it is best case scenario to assess the site beforehand. ABP can do this for you at the start by assessing the controls on site and even doing a feasibility study for the project. For larger or complicated projects – a pre-application meeting can also be held with the council saving you time and money before you invest more.
